World Wide Packets LightningEdge Solution enables delivery of simultaneous telephony, business and entertainment video, broadband data, and Internet access services using Ethernet over fiber and copper. LightningEdge Access Concentrators aggregate 100 Mb/s copper or optical Ethernet physical interfaces to 1 Gb/s copper or optical Ethernet physical interfaces. LightningEdge Access Concentrators employ small form factor pluggable (SFP) optics to match cost to revenue potential, enable media flexibility, and leverage low cost due to high volume production. NEBS compliance, AC or DC powered versions, and optional redundancy enable cost-effective, flexible, and reliable LightningEdge Access Concentrator deployments in enterprise or service provider environments.
