This unit was originally stolen and subsequently recovered by a UK police constabulary - West Midlands Police. It sat in their lost property department for a stipulated time before going on to disposal route. Seba Dynatronic Mess- und Ortungstechnik GmbH have been informed but no longer have legal ownership.
