UPS lost this package too
It was going from Depo in Germany to Depo's customer in the Netherlands. Depo were puzzled as to how the tools came to the UK and how much we paid for them!
We think Depo would have been served better if UPS had contacted Depo and they might have even got more money for the goods than at auction. After all, it was very easy for us to trace the goods back.
