Acceptable Payment Methods

Please choose your payment method at checkout. You can enter additional information in the box provided where required.

Credit or Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can pay with your card via the secure side of our server (website computer), telephone and fax or in person via our chip and pin if you have arranged to collect from our office. For security reasons, we will request the landline number associated with the address where you receive your credit card billing or bank statement.


Paypal

Just select Paypal at checkout to go to their secure payments website.


Cheque or Postal Order

Please make cheque and postal orders payable to: Good Reason Trading Limited.

Please include a note with your name, address, telephone and order numbers. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear our account before your order is despatched.


Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / CHAPS / SWIFTBIC / IBAN Telegraphic Transfer

Standard UK bank transfers take 3-4 working days to credit our account.

Most UK banks also offer CHAPS payment or similar express payment service for an additional fee. These types of payments are normally are received by 6pm the same day if they have been instructed before your bank’s cut-off time.

SWIFTBIC / IBAN transfer payments are from customers outside UK and normally take 5-7 working days.

Our bank details will be provided by e-mail once you have completed checkout indicating your chosen payment method.


Cash on collection

We accept cash payments up to £10,000.00 GBP Sterling from customers who wish to collect their orders from our office by prior appointment. Your contact details will have been verified in advance. We may also request that you bring 2 forms of ID with you. Cash payments can only be accepted between 10pm and 4pm Monday to Friday at our local Barclays branch. This ensures security for yourself and our staff.
